Dr. Foong is a leading obstetrician and gynaecologist in Singapore, recognized for his expertise in subfertility and laparoscopic surgery. He earned his Medical Doctorate from the University of London in 1996, focusing on chronic pelvic pain in women—a groundbreaking study that has influenced further research in the UK. With extensive training in Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART), including IVF, Dr. Foong joined the National University Hospital as a Consultant and Assistant Professor in 1996, where he honed his skills in laparoscopic surgery and subfertility treatments.
