Dr. T.C. Chang is an experienced obstetrician and gynaecologist at SWC Gynae Associates, Thomson Medical Centre, Singapore, with over 25 years in specialized practice since 1986. He is renowned for managing high-risk pregnancies and complex gynaecological conditions.

Dr. Chang graduated from Guy's Hospital Medical School, University of London, in 1985 and became a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, Glasgow (FRCS). He earned his MD through research in obstetric ultrasound, focusing on the "Serial Ultrasound Assessment of the Growth Restricted Fetus."
